We tested the videos on several different computers and operating systems. We have listed a few
suggestions to help solve any problems you may be experiencing viewing the videos.

  • A few Mac users have had difficulty streaming the videos. The Safari web browser is very successful at streaming QuickTime files. You may also want to download the files and then view them from your hard drive.

  • If you are having difficulty streaming the videos using Netscape, try using Internet Explorer.

  • If you are having problems downloading a video file, try video streaming the file. If you are having problems
    streaming a video file, try downloading the file.

  • If there is no sound and/or video, try uninstalling the QuickTime player and then re-installing the player.

  • The server may be busy. You can try again at some other time.

  • If you are having difficulty accessing the high-band videos, try accessing the low-band videos [Dial-up]

  • Are you using the latest version of QuickTime? learn the appropriate QuickTime version for your operating system.

  

Note: The difference between 'High Band' and 'Low Band' videos. High Band videos are larger in file size and viewing size. They are recommended for users on DSL, ISDN and CABLE Internet connections. Low Band videos are specially formatted for users on dial up modem internet connections.

We will not be able to answer all of the questions sent to us. However, if we can figure out a solution to the problem, we will send you the solution through email, and we will post the solution on this webpage.
